I recently turned into a running junkie. These pair of shoes got me running as soon as I got it. It has a very comfortable design that just was craving for more running. Its aerodynamic and ergonomic style pushes running to the limits- perfect for running long distances. One of the best things I love about this product is the impact support, best for large frame runners like me. The gel units are exposed and cradled by plastic support providing a sturdy mechanism. The interior is built on 2 layers of squeezy foam that provides a comfortable feel. The heel has extra cushion to minimize the magnitude of impact on the feet. This lightweight pair of shoes allows runners to gain the upper hand during competitions or even just improving self performance. The upgraded lacing system just over the foot allows greater flexibility for a more precise run. It is a bit pricey at $185 but it was worth every penny.

Shoes alone do not make a champion though. My running hero Abebe Bikila is an Ethiopian, 2-time Olympic marathon champion. He won the 1960s summer Olympics on bare feet. He had the greatest motivation to prove his country's heroism. This prompted me to opt for that level of motivation bringing us to the next product on the list, the running to fitness audio book.

The third and last product for running that I would recommend is the Nathan HPL 028. It is a very lightweight vest that almost feels like your second skin. I use it when I run long distances over different types of terrain, and always keep in its pockets things that may come in handy. Water bottles, pocket knives, energy gels, small hand towels and other lightweight materials necessary for the run are safely stored in the front and back pockets. I bought it for about $35 and I think this too is worth every penny...
